Congratulations from India
I just realized that the most devious torture would be creating a spherical room with no grips or anything to be able to grab onto, and have it in microgravity. You’d be endlessly bouncing off the smooth walls, and no matter how carefully you try to slow to a stop, you never can.
Congrats Mr Dwight! You deserved this experience and acknowledgment decades ago.

Congratulations Ed, so excited for you! Thank you Jeff Bezos for making this possible!
So glad to see he got his wish! Totally awesome
Id trust this over the junk space x creates
Oh FFS, get wrecked scrub, SpaceX is literally light years better
Amazing, how cool!
God has blessed this man for sure.
Ed is My New Hero, Kudos to billionaire Mr.Jeff Bezos. You have my Respect. With all Your Wealth You still did Something that Money can't Buy. You Touched our Hearts!!
He's 90??? Wow...good for him!
This rocket was equipped with new type grid rudders to control the area it falls, and also replaced the explosive actuator to pneumatic actuator, in order to test the techniques that will be applied on reusable rockets.
how awesome is it that after all these years he got to go.
God Bless him! I'm in tears for him that he got to finally go!! God Speed Ed!! Congratulations!!🙏🙌💓 🎉
invites the Trenitalia company to build a new railway network and to install super-fast trains, i.e. bullet trains that travel at 600kph in China. Best Regards, Paolo Del Bene
A dog, monkey and Strahan have been launched into space already like Amazon package.
This is graphene...look into the jab.
very cool! does anybody know if BO has near term plans to ramp this up? more launches, maybe a few more rockets? it's about time, isn't it? does anybody have some insights?
Wow.. Congrats to all who made this trip possible. So grateful they made it up and back safely. And to the now oldest to make it to space so happy and proud you got that opportunity denied to you so long ago... Yaayyyy!!!👏🏾👍🏾
Hi, SciNews, do you mind telling me about where you got those stunning mission badges for these chinese missions? I don't seem to find them in any official sources.

the commentary lady is a little insufferable, but cool launch and landings
I was just thinking of Ed Dwight a couple weeks ago..... thinking he had died. Betw Him, the female Mercury candidate, and William Shatner, my opinion on Bezos has improved a bit.

@@SciNewsRo he was so happy when he got out of the capsule! heart warming moment. NS should finally start to launch more! use it to generate donations and pay the bill from 2-3 rich people and bring 2-3 selected people along the ride. how about send an invite to several influencial flat earthers and take one up too?
Way to test efficaciousness of only two parachutes: put only two parachutes on board. Simple ideas for the simple-minded.

Great Launch guys!
what else is new on this stupid dildo rocket? if 100km (the karman line) is your goal thats not space and just an overpriced rollercoaster.
Thank you
You are welcome.
Don’t mention it.
2 of 3 chutes have opened, and actually this is 'according to plans'. go figure..... much as with horse shoes.
“one-chute-out" test ua-cam.com/video/-xrzvo-tiXM/v-deo.html
They are just saying it’s not according to plan. Which it isn’t.
i'd say the third chute still helped though? just not as much as it should. i hope they don't delay over this relatively minor problem. to my knowledge they still have other backup system/chutes.
At least it didn't blow up.
This indeed is THE PINNACLE OF EVOLUTION.
This engine is for the Long March 10 rocket which will be tested in 2027 for a human landing mission to the moon👍👌

Does anyone remember when we had the 2017 eclipse, that the next one wasn’t supposed to happen for a long long time?? It wasn’t in 2024!! Other people remember this too. I was just wondering if anyone else remembers when the next “real eclipse” was to supposed to happen.
The solar pole's are about to reverse/flip so this could be a possibility why flares are in opposition?
The most incredible thing is average age of engineers, only 30+
Why are there two flares which seem to be in opposition. Is this a coincidence or is there a mechanism that causes that?
